Workout Wednesday: The Beginner’s Plan

 

It’s Hump Day, so treat yourself to a workout! I think it is impossible to workout and not feel good afterwards! The hardest part is just getting up and doing it, but believe me you will definitely be glad you did.  And I know for beginner’s just getting started can be frustrating so here is a 20 day workout plan I found on Pinterest to help you ease into it:

This is definitely a good start but don’t hold yourself back either. If it is to easy you will know it, don’t cheat yourself. Don’t be scared to double your jumping jacks or add a 5 minute jog. In addition to the exercises each day, I would suggest adding a little bit of cardio to it as well.

I am a firm believer in the saying, “Anything is better than nothing.” So get up and do something, especially if you don’t feel like it!
