The name speaks for itself. How can you go wrong with chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cups or brownies? You can’t! Especially when you put them all together. That’s what I did and they were AMAZING! Not only were they delicious but they were super easy to make!
This is what you need:
12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
A pack of cookie dough
Cupcake liners (This will work just in a pan but I prefer to use liners because they aren’t as messy.)
Set your oven to 350 degrees and then start pushing the cookie dough into the bottom of the liners. But remember to leave room for a peanut butter cup and brownie mix!
Place one Reese’s peanut butter cup in each liner upside down.
Mix up your brownie mix! I found myself a helper for this part 🙂
Then just scoop some brownie mix over the Reese’s cups about 3/4 of the way full. (I went a little over board on some!) I like to use a measuring cup to scoop and pour the mix in so it doesn’t get all over the place.
Bake for 18 minutes then add some ice cream and enjoy!!
