Workout Wednesday: Jillian Michaels Deck Of Cards Workout

When I stumbled upon the Jillian Michaels Card Workout on Pinterest I thought it was so cool…and of course repinned! I fell in love with Jillian Michaels on The Biggest Loser a few years ago and I am always up to try her ideas. I think she  is awesome and she always comes up with the craziest workouts but they work! This circuit is not over until you finish the entire deck of cards and it’s something simple that you can do at home, in a hotel room or pretty much anywhere!
