treadmill, elliptical, bike or stair stepper, why not mix it up and do a little bit on each?
For example, instead of doing 30 minutes on a treadmill try 10 minutes on a tread mill, 10 minutes on a elliptical and 10 minutes on a stair stepper.
Typically I run on the treadmill most days and do the elliptical every once in a while. But this week I have been splitting it up between 3 different machines and I really like it! Try it out and let me know how you split yours up and what you think!
