Sprint up a hill.
Sounds simple enough, right? Well it really is simple but believe me you will feel the burn! I did this hill sprint workout with my sister today and it was a killer!
Try this workout with a partner or do it alone:
Find a really steep hill and sprint up it as hard as you can then turn around and run back down.
Slap your partners hand and rest while they do their set.
Repeat that twice.
Then do 3 sets of abs for 30 seconds each.
We did 3 different plank variations.
Rest 2 minutes.
Then repeat the whole process 2 more times.
So that is 3 hill sprints and 3 sets of 30 seconds of abs X 3 with a 2 minute rest in between each complete set.
To challenge ourselves even more we made a rule that if we did not beat our combined hill sprint time from one set to the next we had to do a an extra sprint. Luckily we beat our time after every set.
