This workout is perfect if you are in a hurry and need to do a quick workout that is actually really hard.
It is just a 15 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible in 15 Minutes)
So if you try as hard as you can in those 15 minutes you will definitely be sweating and feeling a burn by the end of it. Keep track of your total rounds that you get within the time so you can try and beat it next time!
So this is all you do:
15 Minute AMRAP
10 Game Pushups (Go the whole way down so your stomach touches the ground, release your hands and push right back up.)
15 Double Unders or 45 Singles (Jumping rope while getting the rope under your feet twice with every jump.)
