This circuit is great because it pushes you to complete failure on every single exercise. It doesn’t take that long, unless you are really strong but either way beginner or advanced it will do the same thing!
5 Exercises. Go to failure on each one and then you are done!
2. Alternating toes to bar
3. Knee tucks
4. Double leg toes to bar
5. Chin up hold
