Post Thanksgiving Detox Smoothie

It’s been a few days since Thanksgiving and now that you are probably finished with all of your left overs it’s time for something to refresh with! Cranberries are not only a Thanksgiving staple but they have fabulous detox powers as well! This smoothie is what you need after your all finished with those Thanksgiving leftovers!

1 Cup Cranberries

1/2 A Banana

1 Apple

1 Handful Of Spinach

1 1/2 Cup of Coconut Water

Try it out and let me know what you think! If you’re not real big on cranberries cut it down to a 1/2 cup instead.
