2014 Workout

Start the new year off right with this 2014 workout! All you need is a little bit of space,a jump rope, a chin up bar and 20 minutes.

20 Minute AMRAP

20 Squats
14 Pull Ups
20 Double Unders
14 Game Push Ups
20 Sit Ups
14 Burpees

Keep track of how many rounds you get so you have something to try and beat next time you do it!
