Peanut butter banana smoothies are my go to smoothie when I need a quick meal on the go. The mix of banana, flax seeds, peanut butter, skim milk and honey provide pretty much everything you need in a meal. Bananas are packed with potassium, milk and peanut butter throw in protein, flax seeds provide omega-3 fatty acids and fiber and honey contains antioxidants. This combo is not only made with all healthy ingredients but it can hold you over for a while and takes only minutes to make.
