This one is pretty simple. In 12 minutes see how many rounds of 15 power cleans and 21 double unders you can complete. Pick a weight for your power cleans that is pretty hard to get 15 reps of but not too hard that you can’t keep it up for 12 minutes.
I used 75 pounds for mine and completed 4 rounds in 12 minutes. Keep track of your time so you have something to shoot for next time!
