Workout Wednesday: Double Unders and Sit Ups

For Time:

Double Unders and Sit Ups

Sets: 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50

This one is pretty simple but it’s tough! Just follow the order starting with 50 double unders then 50 sit ups, 40 double unders and then 40 sit ups…

If you can’t do double unders yet, just triple the amount of doubles you would have done and do singles, so 50 double unders = 150 singles.
