What’s better than pancakes? Protein pancakes!! OK, I know, they won’t taste as good as a traditional pancake smothered in butter and syrup but you can still enjoy healthy pancakes if you follow this recipe:
1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate whey protein
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Grease the skillet with coconut oil on medium heat, Pour batter into skillet, flip when you see bubbles through batter!
I like to top them with fresh fruit like kiwi. Try them out and let me know what you think!
