Cinnamon Apple Green Smoothie

Yum, yum, yum. I wish I could take credit for this amazingly delicious and nutritious smoothie recipe but I actually found it on I highly recommend My Healthy Dish for fantastic recipes like this one!


2 Cups Spinach

1 Small Apple

1 tsp. of Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Raw Almonds

1/2 Banana

1 tbsp. Milled Flaxseed

1 Cup Almond Milk



This smoothie is not only delicious but it is seriously packing all kinds of nutrients!
