Part 1:

4 Sets of:

8 reps Box/Bench Step Ups
Rest 45 seconds
Max reps of Single Arm Kettle Bell Row
Rest 45 seconds

Part 2:

3 Sets for Max Reps:

30 seconds of double unders
30 seconds rest
30 seconds of dumbell ground to overhead
30 seconds rest
30 seconds row sprint
30 seconds rest
