Healthy Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries

Healthy and delicious! You can’t go wrong with this tasty combo and even better, it’s a guilt free side dish!

Here’s what you need: 

4 Sweet Potatoes
4 Table Spoons Coconut Oil

*This makes a big serving, enough for at least 6 people.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line a cookie sheet with foil
Cut sweet potatoes into even sized matchstick slices and spread on the cookie sheet
Melt 4 tablespoons of coconut oil in a small bowl in the microwave (If you are making a smaller portion just do 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for each sweet potato.)
Mix in as much cinnamon as you want
Drizzle the uncooked fries with the coconut oil cinnamon mixture and mix around with your hands so the fries are coated evenly
Bake for 40 minutes or until the fries are soft the whole way through, flip the fries around halfway through
