Love sweet and spicy? If you do, you will love this salad! With only 3 ingredients it is really easy to make.
First I grilled chicken seasoned in Greek salad dressing and topped it with hot pepper flakes. This is a great source of protein to meal prep for easy quick meals througout a busy week.
From there it is super easy:
1. Fill a plate with spinach
2. Slice grilled chicken into thin strips and cut strawberries into slices
3. Top the plate of spinach with grilled chicken, strawberry and a handful of walnuts.
4. (Optional) Top with Greek dressing or a strawberry or rasberry vinaigrette
