Playground Workout #2

No gym? No problem! Go to a park and you can get a full body workout just using the playground. Not only do you get a fun workout it but you get to do it outside and get some fresh air. No one ever complained about fresh air…check it out!

Do 3 Rounds, 20 Seconds Each Exercise

Swing Knee Tucks
Monkey Bar Chin Ups
Box Jumps
Hanging Leg Hold
Step Ups
