Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Post Workout Smoothie

This is by far my favorite post workout smoothie! It’s my go to recipe when I am in a rush to get some tasty protein to my muscles fast! It’s really simple and only takes 4 ingredients:

Blend together:

Peanut Butter
Frozen Banana
Chocolate Milk

*Top it with honey
