Workout Wednesday: Burpees And Pull Ups

I still can’t workout because of my concussion but that doesn’t mean you get to skip a workout this Workout Wednesday!

 

I’m throwing it back to this workout I did in December for you today:

 

For Time:

10 Burpees, 40 Pull ups

20 Burpees, 30 Pull ups

30 Burpees, 20 Pull ups

40 Burpees, 10 Pull ups

50 Burpees
