For all the greatness of one of your favorite cereals but without all the extra sugar make this smoothie!

Blend Together:

2 Table Spoons Peanut Butter

1 Frozen Banana (If you don’t have frozen just add ice as well.)

5 Oz. Water


Top with Cinnamon and/or honey.
