Motivation Monday: No Excuses – Just Do It



Stop making excuses and start going after your goals. You are always going to be able to come up with an excuse to skip a workout or have a cheat meal instead of a nutritious one. But the thing is, you need to be better than your best excuse if you want to reach those goals! When it comes down to it you need to think what do I want more? To skip this workout or actually see the results you want. It’s up to you and only you.

Right now I’m already over 8 WEEKS IN OF NO WORKING OUT while I’m still trying to recover from my concussion. So because I can’t use exercise as a way to obtain my health and fitness goals that means I need to put 100% of my efforts into eating clean and getting the rest that my body and brain needs. 

That’s my goal right now…what’s yours?
