Easy green smoothie:
1 big chunk of frozen pineapple (About 2 cups if you have small pieces)
1/2 frozen banana
Handful of Kale
Water (Optional) – It Works Greens mix orange flavor
If you don’t have the fruit frozen just add ice. I just prefer to freeze my fruit for smoothies because I like the texture and it’s convenient.
